(Summary description)Urban black-smelly water bodies not only bring poor sensory experience to the masses, but also a prominent water environment problem that directly affects the production and life of the masses. By 2020, the black-smelly water bodies in urban built-up areas at or above the prefectural level are controlled within 10%, and by 2030, the black-smelly water bodies in urban built-up areas are generally eliminated.</br>

Based on the concept of Internet of things, the monitoring and evaluation system of black-smelly water body uses information technology and GIS display to realize the monitoring of water quality, water quantity, pollution source discharge and environmental factors of black-smelly water body, to establish a long-term supervision and management mechanism, to create a monitoring, control, operation and maintenance platform of "water resources, water safety, water environment and water ecology ", to realize three-dimensional perception, multi-level service, intelligent decision-making, to effectively improve the comprehensive regulation ability, to realize the green water and green mountain, and finally to improve the quality of human settlements and the urban ecological environment.
