The intelligent integrated printing type 3D impact recorder can independently complete monitoring service. The impact recorder has an LED, which realizes the viewing of data in the course of monitoring. After monitoring is completed, sample printing and detailed data export via USB can be realized on the ground, without connection to a computer. The data printed and exported via USB include peak values of axes X, Y and Z, as well as time, curve and number of entries of detailed data.
The impact recorder has a humanized operation interface, which can realize the viewing of data in Chinese and English in the course of monitoring. The impact recorder has a large capacity lithium battery with low power consumption, which guarantees a continuous operation for 20 months upon charge. The impact recorder is designed to work at a temperature range of -40℃~80℃, which ensures operating normally extremely cold and hot areas. The waterproof grade of enclosure is IP66. The impact recorder made of high-performance material, is characterized by collision prevention, interference resistance, heat insulation and cold resistance. Upon a long-time transportation by sea or land under harsh climate conditions, the 3D impact recorder can still conduct normal recording.
